FW: Surrey Coaching Development Day - Feb 2008
The Active Surrey Sports Partnership are pleased to announce another Coaching Development Day to be held on Sunday 17th February 2008. As yet we are yet to confirm the exact venue but we are hoping that it will be in the Dorking /
The day will comprise of a choice of 2 workshops in the morning, based around Sports Psychology and Long Term Athlete Development and the afternoon session will be delivered by sports coach
The Sports Psychology session is being delivered by Paul Robinson, a lecturer at The University of
I have attached a poster and booking form for you to either book onto or circulate to those people that you feel will benefit from attending - the day is targeted towards:
- 16+ Students
- All levels of coaches, inc unqualified, newly qualified and experienced coaches
- PE Teachers
- NGB Development Officers
- Sports Development Officers
- Private Coaching Companies
The cost for the whole day will be £40, if delegates wish to attend 1/2 day it will cost £20 - for those people that are on benefits, a registered Active Surrey Coach or a full time student will receive it for £20/£10.
